My Story House – Children’s Learning App

Voice input for book creation and stroke animation (processed temporarily for conversion to text, not stored long-term)
AI-assisted topic suggestions and coloring (enhances child’s own drawings, no external content generated)
Stroke order data sourced from open-source repositories
User-created storybooks can be exported as PDFs; users control sharing

Luma Mind – Meditation App

AI-generated meditation text and audio via Google Gemini and Microsoft Azure TTS
Tracking of meditation sessions and usage patterns to improve app experience
User input may be processed by AI for personalized content; data is not used for AI model training

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide core app functionality for each product
Improve performance, features, and user experience
Maintain security and prevent misuse
Provide customer support

3. Sharing Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising. Some products may use third-party services (Google Firebase, Google Gemini AI, Microsoft Azure TTS, open-source stroke data), which may process data temporarily according to their own privacy policies.

4. User-Generated Content

Content created by users (storybooks, drawings, meditation entries) belongs to the user. Users control sharing (exporting PDFs or using app features). We do not distribute user content without consent.

5. Security & Data Storage

We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Data is stored securely in cloud services compliant with industry standards.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

7. Children’s Privacy

For products aimed at children (My Story House), we comply with COPPA, GDPR-K, and Apple Kids category requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

8. Parental Controls

My Story House includes features that are safe for children and do not require account creation for most functionality. Parents are encouraged to supervise app use.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted within the app and on our website with the new effective date.
