Welcome to Polarix AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all Polarix AI products, including Luma Mind and My Story House, and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Provides AI-generated meditation guidance and mindfulness content for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Enables children to learn Chinese through creating storybooks, drawing, coloring, and stroke animation. Features include AI-assisted topic suggestions, AI coloring, stroke animation, voice input for book creation, and exporting storybooks as PDFs. The app is safe for children aged 6–8, and parental supervision is encouraged.
You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use the Service. For Luma Mind: minimum 13 years old. For My Story House: designed for children aged 6–8 with parental guidance.
The app offers three subscription tiers:
Payment for Pro and Max subscriptions is charged via Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Users can manage or cancel their subscription in Apple ID account settings.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or interfere with its operation.
All meditation guidance and related content is generated using AI. It is for general wellness and relaxation only and should not be considered medical advice. User input may be processed by AI services solely to generate personalized content. Data is not used to train AI models.
AI features assist with topic inspiration, coloring, and stroke animation. Access to AI features depends on the subscription tier: Free, Pro, or Max. Users may provide their own AI API keys for Free tier access. All AI-generated content is based on user input or drawings. No external copyrighted content is included without proper licensing.
We use third-party services to provide core functionality, including:
These services may process your data according to their own privacy policies.
All content created by users (storybooks, drawings, meditation entries) belongs to the user. Users control sharing; we do not distribute content without consent.
You may stop using any of our products at any time. Subscriptions can be canceled through your Apple ID account settings (for Luma Mind and My Story House Pro/Max subscriptions).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polarix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of any product after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
